Our padded jacket construction pairs a tightly woven shell with quilted synthetic insulation — warm, quick-drying, easy to launder and animal-free. Padding grammage is tuned per style and climate, and fur hood trims detach in seconds.

As a custom padded jacket manufacturer in Tianjin, China, LYTH controls the full production chain for this padding series: fabric and trim sourcing, pattern making, quilting, sewing and AQL 2.5 final inspection. The standard build pairs a Polyamide or Polyester woven shell with a water-resistant finish and synthetic padding fill — warm, quick-drying and easy to care for.
Customization covers colorways, Pantone matching, padding grammage, quilting patterns, stand-collar or hooded options, and branded trims. Styles marked FUR HOOD feature detachable fur trims on hidden snaps or zippers — genuine raccoon or rex rabbit, or high-quality faux fur for EU market compliance. YKK zippers are standard, and recycled polyester shell and fill options are available for sustainability programs.
Quality is tested, not claimed. Bulk production is verified against a sealed pre-production sample and inspected under AQL 2.5 / General Inspection Level II — the same standard most EU and US buyers specify in purchase contracts.

Padding Jacket Series FAQ
What fabric do you use for custom padded jackets?
We use Polyamide or Polyester woven shells with a water-resistant finish, insulated with synthetic padding fill. The construction is lightweight, warm and easy to care for, and both shell fabric weight and padding grammage can be tuned to your target price and climate zone.
What padding fill options are available?
We offer a range of synthetic padding fills from light 40-80G/M² for transitional seasons up to heavier quilted fills for deep winter, including recycled polyester options. Down and down-alternative fills are available on request.
Can the fur hood be detached or removed?
Yes. Styles marked FUR HOOD feature a detachable fur trim attached with hidden snaps or zippers, so the same jacket can be worn with or without the fur. Fur trims can be genuine raccoon or rex rabbit, or high-quality faux fur for EU market compliance.
Are your padded jackets waterproof?
The shells are water-resistant and shed light rain and snow. For fully waterproof protection we recommend our 3L hardshell or ski wear series with PU lamination 20K/15K and sealed seams.
What is the MOQ for custom padded jackets?
400 pcs per color. Counter-samples take 7–10 days and bulk production runs 35–55 days.
