CORE PROCESSPrecision Sewing
The backbone of every custom ski jacket and hi-vis workwear order: consistent stitch density, tested thread tension, matched panels.
A BSCI audited production network with AQL 2.5 inspection, in-house hydrostatic pressure testing and 3-year ship sample retention — for every custom apparel program we run.
Garment making is a labor-intensive industry. We find and resolve hidden or potential issues before production — because functional garments have almost no room for modification. Done wrong, they are scrap.
Looking for an apparel partner with low MOQ? LYTH runs custom outdoor and workwear programs from 400 pcs per color — counter-samples in 7–10 days, bulk production in 35–55 days. Because we control fabric sourcing, pattern making, cutting, sewing, heat-seam taping and final inspection through our own project team, even smaller runs get full production discipline: AQL 2.5 final inspection, ISO 811 hydrostatic pressure testing where the spec calls for it, and 3-year ship sample retention. That is why EU and US buyers run both trial collections and repeat bulk orders with us.
To deliver a flawless product to our clients, we never cut corners on craftsmanship. Our working hours run longer than ordinary factories — and that is exactly the point. The product comes out perfect.
For every order, we retain a ship sample for 3 years so any post-shipment question can be traced back to a physical reference. We also collect structured feedback from every client and feed it back into repeat and new orders — so the next run is always better than the last.
Short looping clips from our own production lines — no stock footage, no staged shots. The same equipment, the same hands, the same standards on every bulk run.
The backbone of every custom ski jacket and hi-vis workwear order: consistent stitch density, tested thread tension, matched panels.
Fully taped seam waterproof jacket construction for ski, hardshell and EN 343 rainwear programs; tape width and pressure logged per batch.
High-stress zone reinforcement that keeps reflective tape and pocket bags flat after industrial washing — beyond the first press, with an extra cold-and-hot pass on cuffs, pocket openings and hood joins.
Hardware fitting for workwear and outdoor shells; YKK options documented per style — calibrated pressure matched to fabric thickness, no torn plies, no loose caps.
Insulation lines for padded jacket and insulated work jacket programs with baffle spec control — even fill distribution, no cold spots, shape that holds after wash.
Precision pockets and details that keep private label outdoor apparel on-brand and on-spec — clean edges, sealed against fray, aligned to tech-pack geometry.
Material Management
Every fabric roll and trim batch is segregated by client code + style number on arrival, with a physical label on the rack and a digital record. Even if two clients order the same color, the same fabric, the same zipper — the material never gets mixed on the line.
Functional Test
For functional garments with a water-pressure requirement — including custom waterproof jacket and EN 343 rainwear programs — we don't just seal the seams: we verify the result on a calibrated hydrostatic head tester (ISO 811, typically 8,000–15,000 mm). Each test run is recorded with the sample ID, the target WP, the actual WP, and the pass/fail decision.
Inline QC
Because production is labor-intensive, we don't wait until the end to find problems. A sealed pre-production sample hangs at every line for live reference, and QC supervisors run spot checks at cutting, sewing, sealing and finishing — so an issue gets caught at the stage where it can still be fixed.
For every bulk shipment, we run the final inspection against AQL 2.5 / General Inspection Level II — the standard most European and North American B2B buyers reference in their purchase contracts. Every EN ISO 20471 run is checked for tape placement and retroreflective performance; every waterproof run gets a written hydrostatic pressure test record (ISO 811, typically 8,000–15,000 mm). If you are comparing custom waterproof jacket manufacturer options, ask us for the records — we keep 3-year ship samples for every style.
A good supplier doesn't disappear after shipment. We keep physical evidence, structured feedback and a continuous improvement loop — so the next run is always sharper than the last.
A sealed reference garment from every bulk order is stored in our archive for three years — ready to be pulled for any post-shipment question, claim or comparison.
After every shipment, we collect fit, fabric, workmanship and end-user feedback in a structured form — not a casual chat. Real issues get a real follow-up.
Every piece of feedback is reviewed, classified and rolled into the tech pack for the next repeat or new order — so the production line keeps getting sharper, season after season.
Our production partners are audited under the amfori BSCI social compliance framework — covering fair wages, working hours, health & safety, and no child or forced labor. Audit reports are available on request for qualified buyers. We export primarily to Europe and North America — Germany, France, Poland, Italy, UK and the US — and our compliance team prepares the CE / PPE documentation your market needs, including EN ISO 20471 hi-vis programs.

Yes. Every bulk order passes a final inspection under AQL 2.5 / General Inspection Level II (ISO 2859-1), with defects classified as critical, major, or minor, and photo records kept for rejected units.
Our standard MOQ is 400 pcs per color for custom jacket and hi-vis programs — flexible for a full-production program, and small trial runs can be discussed for new collaborations.
Yes. Our pattern room develops prototypes directly from your tech pack or reference samples, with counter-samples in 7–10 days and bulk production in 35–55 days depending on season.
