An 8-style workwear collection from LYTH: cargo pants, cargo shorts, fluorescent hi-vis styles and a long-sleeve work top. Three styles use 95% Polyester / 5% Spandex RECYCLED, 260 g/m²; the other five use 65% Polyester / 35% Cotton TC twill. All run LOCAL zippers with CORDURA® 500D knee reinforcement options. EN ISO 20471 is marked on fluorescent styles only — the three yellow hi-vis styles carry the mark for road and rail programmes.

A workwear garment is judged on a 10-hour shift, not a fitting room. Ours pair a 65% Polyester / 35% Cotton TC twill with bar-tacked stress points, durable LOCAL zippers and configurable pocket layout. LYTH-CP06 uses CORDURA® 500D reinforced knee panels for kneeling work. Three styles (HI CP04, CP8, HI CP09) carry EN ISO 20471 retroreflective tape for road and rail programmes; the other five are non-EN 20471 utility garments.

Cargo Pant & Top Manufacturing — OEM & ODM
As a custom cargo pant and top manufacturer in Tianjin, China, LYTH controls the full production chain for this workwear series: TC twill sourcing, CORDURA® reinforcement supply, pattern making, cutting, bartack stitching, sewing, snap and button application, and AQL 2.5 final inspection. Three styles (CP02, CP03, CP8) run 95% Polyester / 5% Spandex RECYCLED, 260 g/m² with GRS-certified post-consumer content; the other five use 65% Polyester / 35% Cotton TC twill, 240 g/m² (200 g/m² on the long-sleeve work top).
Customization covers Pantone colour matching, contrast bartack stitching, pocket layout, knee reinforcement (CORDURA® 500D), and Pantone-matched contrast panels. LOCAL zippers are standard on every style. The three fluorescent hi-vis styles (HI CP04, CP8, HI CP09) ship with EN ISO 20471 retroreflective tape — LOCAL, 3M Scotchlite™ or LOXY® Reflex options. Non-fluorescent styles carry no EN 20471 mark. Counter-samples are built from your tech pack, and every bulk run is verified against a sealed pre-production sample plus Martindale abrasion testing on reinforced-knee styles.
Quality is tested, not claimed. We run tensile-strength testing on shell and lining, bar-tack pull testing, color-fastness checks and final inspection under AQL 2.5 / General Inspection Level II — the same standard most EU and US buyers specify in purchase contracts.

Cargo Pant & Top Series FAQ
What fabric do you use for cargo pants and tops?
Two platforms. CP02, CP03 and CP8 use 95% Polyester / 5% Spandex RECYCLED, 260 g/m² — GRS-certified recycled content with 4-way stretch. The other five styles use 65% Polyester / 35% Cotton TC twill at 240 g/m² (200 g/m² on the long-sleeve work top). CORDURA® 500D (CP06) reinforced knee panels are available.
Which styles carry the EN 20471 mark?
Only fluorescent styles. LYTH-HI CP04, CP8 and HI CP09 have fluorescent yellow bodies with certified retroreflective tape and meet EN ISO 20471. The remaining five styles are non-fluorescent utility garments (tan, grey, olive) and carry no EN 20471 mark.
Can I customize pocket layout and colours?
Yes. Pocket layout, leg and knee panel colour contrast, bartack stitching and Pantone matching are all configurable per style on a per-order basis.
What is the MOQ for custom cargo pants and tops?
400 pcs per colour. Counter-samples take 7–10 days and bulk production runs 35–55 days.
