As an ultralight 3-layer shell jacket manufacturer in Tianjin, China, LYTH produces this program fully in-house — fabric sourcing, pattern making, sample development, cutting, sewing, full seam sealing and AQL 2.5 final inspection. The standard build is an 80gsm tricot-face 3-layer rated 10,000 mm waterproof / 10,000 g/m²/24h breathable, laminated and fully taped with no separate lining. Lighter or heavier laminates, recycled GRS options and OEKO-TEX Standard 100 fabrics can be substituted to your spec.
Customization covers silhouette and details: full-zip short jacket, half-zip anorak or long coat; your Pantone colorways; adjustable hoods, ventilation, zip pockets and private label branding — woven labels, hangtags and packaging. Counter-samples are developed directly from your tech pack, and bulk production is verified against a sealed pre-production sample hung on every line.
Every waterproof run is tested on our in-house hydrostatic head tester (ISO 811) with written records per batch, and final inspection follows AQL 2.5 / General Inspection Level II — the same norm most EU and US buyers reference in their purchase contracts. A sealed ship sample is retained for three years, and MOQ is 400 pcs per color.

Yes — a 10,000 mm hydrostatic head with fully taped seams handles medium to heavy rain for running, hiking and travel use. If your market needs more, we can build to higher WP values and verify every run on our in-house ISO 811 hydrostatic tester with written records.
What styles and lengths are available?
Full-zip short jacket, half-zip anorak and long coat versions, in men's and women's fits, with adjustable hoods, pit vents and zip pocket options customized per tech pack.
What is the MOQ and sampling time?
400 pcs per color. Counter-samples take 7–10 days; bulk production runs 35–55 days depending on season.
