An eight-style hi-vis workwear collection from LYTH. Three styles use 94% POLYESTER / 6% SPANDEX TPU 3-LAYER softshell construction. One is a 100% POLYESTER FLEECE 280 g/m² hi-vis mid-layer. Four are 100% POLYESTER KNITTED MESH hi-vis tops. Every reflective tape in this series is EN ISO 20471 certified, with optional 3M Scotchlite™ or LOXY® Reflex upgrade.

Softshell 3L (94/6 TPU) & Hi-Vis Fleece (280 g/m²) — Both EN 20471
Three styles use our composite softshell construction (WSF-305 with knitted back 280 g/m², WSF-390 and WSF-326 with brushed fleece backing 300 g/m²). One style (WSF-347) is a lighter 100% Polyester hi-vis fleece at 280 g/m² without the membrane. Four styles (WSF-349, WSF-355, WSF-353, WSF-367) are 100% Polyester knitted mesh hi-vis tops. Seven styles carry EN ISO 20471 retroreflective tape — WSF-367 uses heated reflective tape as standard.

Composite Workwear Manufacturing — OEM & ODM
As a custom composite workwear manufacturer in Tianjin, China, LYTH controls the full production chain for this EN 20471 series: softshell fabric bonding, fleece knitting, retroreflective tape supply, pattern making, cutting, sewing, tape application and AQL 2.5 final inspection. The standard softshell build is 94% Polyester / 6% Spandex TPU 3-layer with fleece 300 g/m²; the fleece build is 100% Polyester 280 g/m².
Customization covers shell fabric colour (fluorescent yellow or orange, with navy / black contrast panels), fleece weight per body zone, retroreflective tape brand (LOCAL / 3M Scotchlite™ / LOXY® Reflex) and width (5cm or 6cm), and pocket configuration. YKK zippers are standard. Counter-samples are built from your tech pack, and every bulk run is verified against a sealed pre-production sample plus independent EN ISO 20471 lab testing on every style — not just the obviously hi-vis ones.
Quality is tested, not claimed. We run tape adhesion testing, retroreflective coefficient testing (EN 20471), tensile-strength testing on the face fabric, and final inspection under AQL 2.5 / General Inspection Level II — the same standard most EU and US buyers specify in purchase contracts.

What is the difference between the Softshell 3L and Hi-Vis Fleece styles?
LY-WSF-305, WSF-390 and WSF-326 are Softshell 3L: 94% Polyester / 6% Spandex face fabric bonded to a TPU membrane, with knitted back 280 g/m² (WSF-305) or brushed fleece backing 300 g/m² (WSF-390 / WSF-326). LY-WSF-347 is a 100% Polyester hi-vis fleece jacket at 280 g/m² without the TPU membrane. LY-WSF-349, WSF-355, WSF-353 and WSF-367 are 100% Polyester knitted mesh hi-vis tops.
Are these styles EN 20471 certified?
Yes — seven of the eight styles in this series carry EN ISO 20471 retroreflective tape and meet the chromaticity / area requirements for Class 2 or Class 3. WSF-367 uses heated reflective tape and is supplied to your own specification.
What reflective tape options can I choose?
5cm or 6cm width, supplied by LOCAL / 3M Scotchlite™ / LOXY® Reflex. Sewing or heat-transfer application.
What is the MOQ?
