PrimaLoft Series FAQ
What is the difference between PrimaLoft Evolve and Polartec Alpha?
Both are breathable active insulations that stay warm when wet. PrimaLoft Evolve is a lofted synthetic fill with excellent compressibility; Polartec Alpha is a knitted low-loft insulation with higher airflow. We build the series on both platforms — PL03/PL14 use PrimaLoft Evolve, PL33/PL38 use Polartec Alpha.
What styles are included in the PrimaLoft Series?
The program covers 4 core styles: LYTH-PL03 (PrimaLoft Evolve unisex hooded jacket), LYTH-PL14 (PrimaLoft Evolve men's hooded jacket), LYTH-PL33 (Polartec Alpha men's half-zip) and LYTH-PL38 (Polartec Alpha men's full-zip). All are available for OEM customization.
Can I choose my own zippers and branding?
Yes. YKK zippers are standard on this series, with local zipper options available for cost-sensitive programs. We can apply your own branding — woven labels, heat transfer logos and custom trim packages.
What is the MOQ and sampling time?
400 pcs per color. Counter-samples take 7–10 days; bulk production runs 35–55 days depending on season.
