As a custom fleece manufacturer in Tianjin, China, LYTH controls the full production chain for this fleece series: fabric sourcing, pattern making, cutting, sewing, laser-cut pocket bonding and AQL 2.5 final inspection. The standard build uses GRID FLEECE 200-250G/M² in 100% Polyester or Polyester/Spandex — a breathable, warm midlayer fabric with a slim, comfortable fit.
Customization covers colorways, Pantone matching, all-over prints, pocket configuration and branded trims. Laser-cut pockets with bonded edges give a clean technical look that works for both outdoor and urban collections. We can also finish with PFAS-free C0 DWR or source GRS recycled polyester upon request.
Quality is tested, not claimed. Bulk production is verified against a sealed pre-production sample and inspected under AQL 2.5 / General Inspection Level II — the same standard most EU and US buyers specify in purchase contracts.

What fabric do you use for custom fleece jackets?
We use GRID FLEECE 200-250G/M², available in 100% Polyester or Polyester/Spandex blends. It is engineered as a breathable, slim-fit midlayer with stretch, warmth and comfort without bulk.
Can you make fleece jackets with laser-cut pockets?
Yes. Several styles in this series feature laser-cut pockets with clean bonded edges for a technical, minimalist look. Pocket configuration can be customized per style.
Are your fleece fabrics PFAS-free?
Yes. We offer PFAS-free C0 DWR finishing on request, compliant with EU REACH / PFOA-PFOS restrictions. GRS recycled polyester is also available.
What is the MOQ for custom fleece jackets?
400 pcs per color. Counter-samples take 7–10 days and bulk production runs 35–55 days.
