Ski Shells That Stay Dry on Day Three

A ski shell is judged on the third day, not the first. Ours pair a PU-laminated stretch woven with fully taped seams and a PFAS-free C0 finish, so water beads off and vapour still escapes when the climb gets steep. Laminate grade, insulation weight and hardware are all specifiable per style.

Ski Wear Manufacturing — OEM & ODM

As a custom ski wear manufacturer in Tianjin, China, LYTH controls the full production chain for this ski series: fabric and trim sourcing, pattern making, cutting, sewing, seam sealing and AQL 2.5 final inspection. The standard build uses POLYESTER/SPANDEX OR POLYAMIDE/SPANDEX PU LAMINATION 20K/15K C0 — a fluorine-free, PFAS-free DWR finish that meets EU REACH and PFOA-PFOS limits.

Customization covers colorways, all-over prints, Pantone matching, hood and pocket configurations, plus branded trims. YKK zippers are standard, with colored and waterproof Aquaguard options available for high-contrast designs. Counter-samples are built from your tech pack or reference sample, and every bulk run is verified against a sealed pre-production sample.

Quality is tested, not claimed. We run hydrostatic head testing (ISO 811), seam-seal peel checks and final inspection under AQL 2.5 / General Inspection Level II — the same standard most EU and US buyers specify in purchase contracts.

Ski Wear Series FAQ

What fabric do you use for custom ski jackets and pants?

We use Polyester/Spandex or Polyamide/Spandex face fabrics with PU lamination, rated 20K waterproof / 15K breathable, finished with PFAS-free C0 DWR.

Are your ski wear styles PFAS-free?

Yes. All styles in this series use C0 DWR chemistry that is PFAS-free and compliant with EU REACH / PFOA-PFOS restrictions.

Can I customize colors, zippers and prints?

Yes. We offer Pantone color matching, all-over sublimation prints, and YKK zippers including colored and waterproof Aquaguard options.

What is the MOQ for custom ski wear?

400 pcs per color. Counter-samples take 7–10 days and bulk production runs 35–55 days.
