3L Hardshell Jacket Manufacturing — OEM & ODM
As a 3-layer hardshell jacket manufacturer based in Tianjin, China, LYTH runs the entire program in-house: fabric and trim sourcing, pattern making, sample development, cutting, sewing, BEMIS heat-seam taping and AQL 2.5 final inspection. Our standard shell for this style is a 90/10 polyester-spandex 3-layer at 145gsm — and we build to your spec, with alternative fabric weights from 80 to 200gsm, GRS recycled laminates and OEKO-TEX Standard 100 options.
Customization covers the full garment: your Pantone colorways, YKK waterproof zippers, hood construction, vent and pocket placement, plus private label branding — woven labels, hangtags and retail packaging. Counter-samples are developed directly from your tech pack or a reference sample, and bulk production is verified against a sealed pre-production sample hung on every line.
Quality is verified, not assumed. Every waterproof run is seam-taped on calibrated machines, then tested on our in-house hydrostatic head tester (ISO 811) with written records per batch. Final inspection follows AQL 2.5 / General Inspection Level II — the same norm most EU and US buyers reference in their purchase contracts — and a sealed ship sample is retained for three years.
