Tactical & Camouflage Uniform Programs

Alongside certified workwear, LYTH manufactures military garment programs on the same production floor: tactical and camouflage uniforms, ripstop jackets and pants, and durable field gear built to your specification — from fabric weight and camo print to trims, reinforcements and labeling.

  • Ripstop & mil-spec fabrics — cotton, poly-cotton and NyCo constructions with reinforced stitching at stress points.
  • Custom camouflage patterns — your licensed prints or standard patterns, colorfastness tested before bulk.
  • Full uniform systems — jacket and pant sets, layering pieces and badges, managed as one program.
  • Same factory discipline — BSCI audited, AQL 2.5 final inspection, 3-year ship samples retained. Tour the factory →

Hi-Vis Built to the Standard — Not Just to Look

As a hi-vis workwear manufacturer, we build every EN ISO 20471 program around the standard's three requirements: certified fluorescent background material, certified retroreflective tape, and the correct minimum visible areas per class. Tape placement is pattern-engineered so bands stay unbroken across panels and closures, and logos are kept within the permitted non-background area.

  • Class 2 / Class 3 configurations — the right minimum visible area for roadway, rail and airport risk levels.
  • 3M Scotchlite or equivalent certified tape — retroreflective performance documented for certification files.
  • Sealed certification samples — retained per order alongside our 3-year ship sample archive.
  • BSCI audited factory + OEKO-TEX fabrics — the compliance package EU and US workwear buyers expect. Tour the factory →

FAQ

Hi-Vis & Workwear FAQ

What is EN ISO 20471 Class 3?

Class 3 is the highest visibility level under EN ISO 20471 — the minimum configuration for high-risk environments like highway and railway work. It requires the largest combined area of fluorescent background material and retroreflective bands, with garments covering the torso, sleeves and full-length legs.

What hi-vis workwear can you manufacture?

EN ISO 20471 Class 2/3 hi-vis jackets and vests, waterproof hi-vis rainwear, insulated hi-vis parkas, softshell workwear, work pants, coveralls and coordinated uniforms — all customizable with your colorways, branding and reflective tape placement.

Can you use 3M reflective tape?

Yes. 3M Scotchlite reflective tape and equivalent certified retroreflective materials are available. Tape placement follows EN ISO 20471 requirements, and logos are kept within the permitted non-background area of the garment.

What is the MOQ for custom workwear?

Our standard MOQ is 400 pcs per color for hi-vis and workwear programs. Counter-samples take 7–10 days; bulk production 35–55 days depending on season.

Do you manufacture military and tactical garments?

Yes. We manufacture tactical and camouflage uniforms, ripstop jackets and pants on the same BSCI audited production floor — custom camo patterns, mil-spec fabrics, reinforced stitching and full uniform systems, with the same AQL 2.5 final inspection. See the military garment program →
