Hi-vis coverall
EN ISO 20471 Class 2 or Class 3 with 3M retroreflective tape. The core of most European industrial programmes.
Standard work coverall
Poly-cotton twill 245-300 gsm. Workshop, logistics and maintenance use.
Flame-retardant coverall
EN ISO 11612 / 11611 in inherent or treated FR fabric, with IEC 61482 arc options.
Insulated winter coverall
Quilted lining with a waterproof outer for cold-store, port and outdoor winter work.
Waterproof coverall
EN 343 Class 3/3 with taped seams for pressure washing, fishing and roadside work.
Lightweight inspection suit
Lighter poly-cotton or poly weave for inspection, cleaning and site-visitor use.

Details that decide whether it survives the job
Four construction points separate a coverall that comes back for reorder from one that comes back as a complaint.
Knee and seat reinforcement
The knee is the first thing to go. We double-layer the knee and set a Cordura or polyamide patch high enough to cover a kneeling position, not a standing one. Seat and crotch get a reinforced gusset for the same reason.
Two-way front zip
A coverall zip has to open from the bottom for toilet breaks without taking the whole garment off. We use a two-way YKK or SBS zip with a storm flap, and hidden studs so the flap does not snag.
Pocket layout that matches the trade
Rule pocket, chest pocket with a pen division, back patch and a sleeve pocket — placed where the trade actually reaches. We adjust the layout per customer rather than running one pocket set for every programme.
Action back and elasticated waist
An action back or elasticated waist panel gives reach without splitting the seam. On coveralls this is the difference between a garment that fits and one that rips at the shoulder.

Questions buyers ask
What is the MOQ for custom coveralls?
400 pcs per colour with sizes mixed inside that colour. Styles sharing one fabric platform can often share the minimum, which helps when you are building a full workwear range rather than a single style.
Can you make EN ISO 20471 Class 3 coveralls?
Yes. Class 2 and Class 3 configurations with 3M retroreflective tape, fluorescent background fabric and compliant logo placement. CE documentation under EU PPE Regulation 2016/425 can be provided with the shipment.
Do you produce flame-retardant coveralls?
Yes — EN ISO 11612 and EN ISO 11611 builds using inherent or treated FR fabric, with arc-flash options to IEC 61482 where your specification calls for it.
Can you add our company logo and staff names?
Yes. Embroidery, heat transfer and reflective logo transfer are all run in-house at the partner line. We check placement against the EN ISO 20471 background-area rule before production starts.
What size range can you run?
Standard runs are XS to 4XL with short, regular and tall leg-length options on coveralls. We can develop a dedicated size set from your own block if your fit differs from our base pattern.
Can you match a coverall we already buy elsewhere?
Usually yes. Send a reference sample and we will reverse-engineer the fabric, weight, reinforcement and trim spec, then quote against it — most buyers use this to benchmark their current supplier.
