What makes a uniform programme succeed
Three things decide whether a programme is re-ordered next year — and none of them is the unit price.
A size set that actually fits
Most uniform programmes fail on fit, not fabric. We develop men's and women's blocks separately and check the grading across the full size range, not just a medium sample. Tall and short blocks are available where your workforce needs them.
Branding that survives the wash
A logo that peels after ten industrial washes costs more than the garment. We match the logo method — embroidery, heat transfer or reflective transfer — to your actual laundering process and test it before bulk production starts.
Re-order consistency
The second order has to match the first. We keep your fabric references, lab dips, trims and approved PP samples on file, so a re-order twelve months later is produced against the original standard rather than a near-enough substitute.

Questions buyers ask
What is the MOQ for a custom uniform programme?
400 pcs per colour with sizes mixed within that colour. A programme with several garment types can often share the minimum when the styles use one fabric platform, which keeps a mixed corporate order realistic.
Can you run both men's and women's fits?
Yes. We develop a separate women's block rather than simply grading a men's pattern down — this is the single most common reason uniform programmes fail on fit.
Do you handle logos and branding?
Yes. Embroidery, heat transfer, reflective transfer and woven labels are applied at the partner line. We test the logo method against your expected laundering before bulk starts so it does not peel after ten washes.
Can you supply hi-vis items inside the same programme?
Yes — that is the usual case for industrial customers. Office polos, workshop trousers and EN ISO 20471 hi-vis outer layers can be produced and shipped together under one QC standard.
What sizes do you cover?
Standard ranges run XS to 4XL, and 2XS to 5XL on request. Tall and short blocks are available for trousers and coveralls.
Can you re-order the same fabric a year later?
Yes. We keep fabric references, lab dips and PP samples against your programme so a re-order matches the original batch rather than a near-enough substitute.
