Hunting Clothing
Hunting clothing sells on two properties that are hard to see in a photograph: how quiet the fabric is, and whether it holds a waterproof membrane without stiffening. We build hunting programmes on brushed tricot and silent-face laminates, with camo printing or sublimation on certified base cloth and waterproof breathable options that stay soft in cold weather. Orders from 400 pcs per colour.
Hunting garments we produce
A working hunting range needs more than a jacket. These are the pieces we build most often.
Hunting jacket
Silent brushed tricot or bonded laminate, waterproof breathable, camo or solid.
Hunting parka
Long insulated parka for cold-weather and stand hunting.
Hunting softshell
Bonded stretch, quiet face, high breathability for active stalking.
Hunting trousers & bib
Reinforced seat and knee, cargo pocketing, boot-access zips.
Hunting fleece midlayer
Low-pill, low-noise fleece in camo or solid colour.
Hunting vest
Insulated or mesh-and-shell vest for layering.
Getting the fabric quiet
Noise is the property hunters test first in a shop and the one most general outdoor factories miss.
Face fabric construction
A standard shell face is smooth and loud. Hunting faces use a brushed or peach-finished tricot, or a bonded laminate with a soft outer knit, so fabric-on-fabric contact produces almost no sound. The finish has to survive washing, so we specify a face that stays quiet after 20 domestic washes rather than one that is quiet only off the roll.
Membrane without stiffness
Waterproof membranes stiffen a garment, and a stiff garment is a loud one in cold weather. We use softer TPU laminates for hunting and test hand-feel at low temperature, because a jacket that goes rigid below freezing is a common complaint in northern European markets.
Trims and hardware
- Silent zip garages and fabric pulls instead of metal sliders
- Muted snaps and covered velcro on cuffs and pockets
- Brushed pocket bags so hands do not rustle
- Camo-matched tapes, cords and labels
Camo printing and colour
| Print method | Rotary or digital sublimation, pigment print, or yarn-dyed camo |
|---|---|
| Base fabric | Polyester tricot, brushed tricot, bonded laminate, or softshell |
| Pattern | Your artwork, or licensed patterns where you hold the licence |
| Colour matching | To your Pantone or to a physical reference swatch |
| Fastness | Wash and light fastness tested to your market requirement |
| Scent control | Activated carbon or anti-microbial finishes available on request |
If you are using a licensed camouflage pattern, we will need proof of licence before production. We do not print licensed patterns without it.

- OEKO-TEX Standard 100 on fabric and trims
- REACH SVHC statements from the supply chain
- GRS-certified recycled options where camo printing allows

- Fibre composition and care labelling to EU format
- BSCI-audited partner factories

Questions buyers ask
What is the MOQ for custom hunting clothing?
400 pcs per colour per pattern, with sizes mixed within the colour. Sharing one fabric platform across styles can reduce the effective minimum.
Can you print our own camo pattern?
Yes, with proof of licence if the pattern is licensed. We produce a strike-off or digital proof for approval before bulk.
How quiet is the fabric really?
We specify brushed or peach-finished faces and soft TPU laminates, and test hand-feel and noise after washing rather than only off the roll. Send us a reference if you have a benchmark.
Do you offer scent-control finishes?
Yes. Activated carbon and anti-microbial finishes are available. Tell us the target market and we will confirm what is registrable there.
Can you make waterproof hunting jackets that stay soft in the cold?
Yes. We use softer TPU laminates and check low-temperature hand-feel, because standard membranes stiffen below freezing.
Do you make hunting trousers and bibs as well as jackets?
Yes. Trousers, bibs, vests and midlayers, all on the same fabric platform so a full range shares colour and hand-feel.
