Snowboard Jackets & Pants
Snowboard outerwear is a silhouette business. Same membrane, same taped seams as a ski jacket — but a longer, looser block, a hood that clears a helmet over a beanie, and detailing that reads on a lift line rather than in a spec sheet. We run snowboard jackets and pants from 400 pcs per colour on 15K to 20K waterproof platforms, with PFAS-free C0 DWR and YKK hardware as standard.

Snowboard jacket
Relaxed or oversize block, powder skirt, pit vents, pass pocket on the sleeve.
Snowboard anorak
Pullover with a long side zip or kangaroo pocket. Strong in street-led ranges.
Insulated snowboard jacket
80-160 g/m² synthetic fill for cold-resort and park use.
Snowboard shell
Uninsulated 2L or 3L for layering and spring conditions.
Snowboard pants & bibs
Bib with stretch back panel, or standard pant with reinforced cuff and inner gaiter.
Snowboard vest
Insulated or fleece-back vest for layering under a shell.
The snowboard block, versus ski
Buyers often assume a ski pattern with a looser fit will do. Usually it does not, for three reasons.
Length and hem
A snowboard jacket is longer through the body and often has a slightly dropped shoulder, because the rider spends time bent and seated on snow. A ski block cut for an upright stance rides up the back the moment the rider sits to strap in.
Hood volume
Snowboard hoods go over a helmet and, in many markets, over a beanie underneath the helmet. The volume has to be significantly larger than a ski hood while still tracking the head. We fit over a helmet and beanie, not over a bare head.
Sleeve and cuff
Longer sleeves with a wider cuff to clear gloves and wrist guards. Sleeve bands and cuff closures are sized accordingly, and we check the cuff against a glove rather than a bare wrist.

Questions buyers ask
What is the MOQ for custom snowboard jackets?
400 pcs per colour with sizes mixed within that colour. Jackets and pants sharing one fabric platform can often share the minimum.
Can you do an oversize or drop-shoulder block?
Yes. Relaxed, oversize and drop-shoulder blocks are all in our pattern library, and we can draft to a reference sample if you have a silhouette you want to match.
Do you make snowboard pants and bibs too?
Yes. Standard pants, bibs with stretch back panels, and reinforced cuffs with inner gaiters — on the same fabric platform as the jacket.
Is the DWR PFAS-free?
C0 PFAS-free is standard. Tell us at quotation stage if you need a specific chemistry for a particular market.
Can you do sublimation prints and colour blocking?
Yes. Full sublimation, placement prints and panel colour blocking, with a strike-off or digital proof before bulk.
How do you verify waterproofing?
Hydrostatic head testing to ISO 811 on every run, with records per batch, plus separate taped seam checks.
